This policy explains how Dene Gordon, trading as Veyron Digital (Tamworth, UK), uses personal details collected through vibecodingplaybook.co.uk. We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

If you use the "Ask Dene" form, we collect your name, your email address and your question. If you buy the Playbook, our checkout provider collects the details needed to process your payment and deliver your download.

How we use it

Your details are used only to reply to your question, or to deliver your purchase and any support that comes with it. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

Who processes it

• The form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to Dene by email.
• Payments and downloads are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record for the checkout.
• The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and purchase records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by replying to Dene's email or emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
